Opening Day
September 12, 1999 Final Score: Titans 36 - Bengals 35
A panoramic view in Nashville, Tennessee - The Rob Arra Collection

After years of playing as the transplanted Oilers on borrowed fields, Adelphia Coliseum opened and the Tennessee Titans were born. The excitement of the stadium's opening ceremonies was outdone by the action on the field, as the Titans overcame the Cincinnati Bengals in an edge-of-the-seat thriller, 36-35.

As with all posters in the Everlasting Images series, every stadium detail is in perfect focus, and as you pan across the image you feel like you are actually there! You can see the end zone scoreboard, the fans in the stands, the sideline entourages, and the action on the field as Jevon Kearse and the Titans defense looks to stuff a Bengals drive. The end-zone perspective creates an amazing effect, and the stadium looks as nice as any park in the NFL. Like a work of art, it is a beautiful piece that deserves a nice frame and a prominent place on the wall of every Titans fan!
