Georgia Institute of Technology - Bobby Dodd Stadium
This panorama of the 100th anniversary of Historic Grant Field was taken by James Blakeway. Bobby Dodd Stadium at Grant Field, originally built in 1913, has been home to Georgia Tech football for more than a century. One of the best venues in the country to watch college football, the facility is the oldest on-campus stadium in NCAA Division 1-A (FBS). The facility was known as Grant Field until 1988, when the name Bobby Dodd Stadium was added in honor of the legendary coach who guided the Rambling Wreck to an illustrious football era. In true Georgia Tech style, the Rambling Wreck rolled onto the field and fans dressed in white at this nationally televised event.
Bring your wall alive with a spectacular celebration of Georgia Tech football, on a historic night in school history! This panorama takes you to downtown Atlanta on September 26, 2013, when the Yellow Jackets donned retro 1950s uniforms as a throwback to commemorate the centenary of football at Grant Field. As tens of thousands of white out fans bask in the glory of the marching band's "GT" formation - SNAP! The moment is preserved for all-time, and is now available for your wall. Whether you were there in attendance that evening, were watching on TV, or are simply looking for a beautiful gameday panorama of Bobby Dodd Stadium from the unique end zone perspective for your wall, this one's for you! A rare, beautiful poster for your wall, and a valuable collector's item for years to come.
