With talent, style, and true class, Walter Payton was one of the NFL's most beloved athletes of all-time. After his retirement, through his battle with liver cancer, and right up to his untimely passing, Walter was an inspiration to millions. His Walter Payton Foundation for helping abused and neglected children continues to save and improve young lives to this day!

Of course, Walter's on the field performance was second to none. He held the all-time rushing record from 1987 until 2002, when he was finally surpassed by another ironman, Emmitt Smith. He missed only one game (in his rookie season) during his entire 13-year career! With two MVP awards, nine Pro-Bowl appearances, 125 Touchdowns, and over 21,000 rushing and receiving yards gained, he will always be remembered as a football legend, and the greatest Chicago Bears offensive player of all-time.

This rare poster, published just after his passing, commemorates the great career and wonderful life of "Sweetness". The photograph used is a true classic, featuring Payton bursting through the line behind a huge teammate's block, from the prime of his amazing NFL career. With proceeds paid by the publisher to the Walter Payton Cancer Fund, this poster will both liven up your wall and brighten up your spirit!
