An all-time classic for the wall and collection of any true Giants fan! This spectacular poster was published in 1991 as a featured gameday premium for "Turn Back The Clock" day on June 23, 1991. Inspired by the popularity of the late-1980s films Eight Men Out and Field of Dreams, the San Francisco Giants decided to revisit the golden era by dressing the team in 1920s-era flannel New York Giants uniforms. To commemorate the event, they hired local photographer Garibaldi Studios to capture the entire team in a panoramic old-school team portrait. And what an image it makes! This poster gives you the entire team roster of that day, each doing his best impression of a 1920s Giant. So many legends from a great era of Giants baseball at Candlestick Park. We obtained a limited quantity of this poster from a Bay Area collectibles dealer, and are making them available on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't miss your chance at this one, fans!
