Pittsburgh Steelers

This panorama features the Pittsburgh Steelers playing at Heinz Field. The fifth-oldest franchise in the NFL, the Pittsburgh club was founded in 1933, by Arthur Joseph Rooney, who laid the groundwork for a football dynasty. In 1940, the club's name was changed to "Steelers" to represent the city's dominant steel industry. The Steelers official Steelmark logo is based on the steel industry and features three diamond shapes, yellow for coal, orange for ore and blue for steel scrap. In 1978, the Steelers became the first NFL franchise to win three Super Bowls; in 1979, the first to win four; and in 2008, the first to win six. They are also the only NFL franchise to have won back-to-back Super Bowls twice.

Sunday night in Pittsburgh under a clear dusk sky, with a jam-packed crowd thrilling to another Steelers touchdown...it doesn't get any better than this! From the action on the field below, to the ecstatic crowd, to the scoreboards, video screens, and unique stadium architecture, it's all here - the entire scene, looking absolutely fantastic for your wall. Printed in brilliant color and perfect focus on high-quality paper stock, and complete with a sharp white border that includes the official team logo and a brief descriptive paragraph, this is both a beauty for the wall of home or office, and a great collector's item for years to come. Perfect for the wall of any fan of Steelers ball and big-time NFL action! Note: this design is now out-of-print; limited quantity remains in our warehouse.
